Aglaya joined Aurum's Operational Due Diligence team in 2015 and is responsible for conducting operational due diligence reviews of hedge funds as part of the manager selection process and for ongoing monitoring of invested funds. Prior to joining Aurum Research Limited, Aglaya gained operational due diligence experience on hedge funds and mutual funds at Ermitage Group (now part of UBP Asset Management), Stenham Asset Management and most recently, Barclays Wealth and Investment Management in the period since 2009. Aglaya holds a Master's of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics. She is a Member of the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst Association.
