Tim joined Aurum Research Limited ("ARL") in 2005 and is Head of Research with responsibility for managing the Investment Research team, overseeing the research process and working closely alongside ARL's CIO. Tim is heavily involved in ARL's due diligence processes and systems development and implementation. Tim has expertise in multi-strategy, systematic hedge funds (including statistical arbitrage, managed futures and quant macro) and derivative strategies. Tim has a number of years of experience in due diligence in both the investment and operational areas and originally joined to strengthen ARL's operational due diligence process before moving across to join the Investment Research team as an analyst in 2007. Prior to joining ARL, Tim worked from 2000 at PricewaterhouseCoopers as an investment funds auditor, specialising in audit and analysis of investment funds including retail funds, investment trusts and a variety of alternative investment managers. Tim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Economics from Cardiff University. He is a CFA charterholder.
