David is a founding Principle of Aurum since inception in 1994. David was Director and chairman of Aurum Funds Limited and Aurum Research Limited until April 2015 when he stepped back from day to day involvement in the business. He was also a director of several of Aurum’s Bermudian funds, has been investing in the Alternative Investment markets for more than 20 years and continues to consult to the Aurum Group of companies. David graduated from University of Cape Town with a Bachelor of Commerce degree and a Masters in Business Administration.
