Mr D R Cottingham has been a Partner with Arthur Morris & Co. Bermuda since 1982 and Vice President of Continental Management Limited since 1982. He has been a director and shareholder of Aurum Fund Management Ltd. since 1994 and is a director of Aurum UCITS Fund ICAV, Aurum Fund Management (Europe) DAC, Aurum Funds ICAV, Aurum Funds Limited and Aurum Research Limited. In 2009 he was elected president of Aurum Fund Management Ltd. He has over 20 years experience in the investment industry as a director, trustee and committee member of various investing entities and as an investor himself. Mr Cottingham is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bermuda.
