Dudley Cottingham
Chairman, Aurum Fund Management Ltd.
Dudley is a founding member and has been a director of Aurum Fund Management Ltd. since 1994 and is a director of each of the Aurum Funds and other financial services entities.
He was a Principal of the Arthur Morris Group of Companies (“AMG”), a Bermuda-based audit and financial services group for 40 years until 2018 (the audit and accounting firm is now Grant Thornton Bermuda). He now provides consulting and non-executive directorship services. Dudley is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, CPA Bermuda, Institute of Directors and a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.

Adam Hopkin
Deputy Chairman, Aurum Fund Management Ltd.
Adam is a Director of the Zobec Group of Companies, a Bermuda-based financial, corporate and trust services group. He is a director and Compliance Officer of Aurum Fund Management Ltd. and each of the Bermuda Aurum Funds. He is also a director of Aurum Funds ICAV.
He has been involved in the alternative investment industry since 2003, firstly as an auditor and then for four years at a Bermuda hedge fund administrator where he left as Head of Operations. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and trained with Grant Thornton in the UK before moving to Bermuda in 2003. He holds a BSc (Hons) in Chemistry from the University of Durham and is a member of CPA Bermuda and the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.

Tina Gibbons
Director, Aurum Fund Management Ltd.
Tina has worked for Continental Management Limited (formerly part of AMG) since 1998 in the capacity as corporate administrator for the Investment Adviser and all of the Aurum Funds.
She has been a director of AFML and all of the Aurum Funds since 2009.

Kevin Insley
Director, Aurum Fund Management Ltd.
Kevin is the President of the Zobec Group of Companies, a Bermuda-based financial, corporate and trust services group.
He has over 25 years of experience in Bermuda advising a range of clients in the investment, trust and financial services industries. Prior to joining the Zobec Group, Kevin was President of the offshore operations of a multi-national pharmaceutical company and prior to that was a senior manager at KPMG Bermuda. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, a member of CPA Bermuda and is a CFA Charter Holder.
He has over 25 years of experience in Bermuda advising a range of clients in the investment, trust and financial services industries. Nancy Morrison
Director, Aurum Fund Management Ltd.
Nancy is the Finance Director of Aurum Fund Management Ltd. responsible for the group accounts since January 2002. She is also a director of Aurum Funds ICAV.
She is a member of CPA Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada. She is also a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners. She joined the Arthur Morris Group of Companies in Bermuda in January 2002 as a manager and prior to arriving in Bermuda she articled with Grant Thornton LLP in Newfoundland, Canada. In 2009 Nancy moved back to Canada where she is currently self-employed and runs her own financial consultancy business.
She is a member of CPA Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada. She is also a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners. She joined the Arthur Morris Group of Companies in Bermuda in January 2002 as a manager and prior to arriving in Bermuda she articled with Grant Thornton LLP in Newfoundland, Canada. Kevin is a founding member of Aurum Fund Management Ltd. and Chief Executive Officer of Aurum Funds Limited (“AFL”) and Aurum Research Limited (“ARL”), the research arm of the Aurum Group. He is also a Director of several of Aurum’s Bermuda listed offshore funds.
Kevin has been investing in the alternative investment industry for almost 30 years and oversees ARL’s research, risk and investment processes. Kevin is a trustee of The Seneca Trust, a patron of the One to One Children’s Fund and co-founder of Ark. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) degree in Computer & Control Engineering.

Adam is a trustee of The Seneca Trust, a Patron of Nature for the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN) and an Honorary Conservation Fellow of ZSL (Zoological Society of London). Adam is also a member of the Oceans Board for Greenpeace UK and sits on the board of directors for Arcus Foundation. Adam graduated from Northwestern University in Chicago with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History.

Jason Sweidan
Head of Investor relations
Jason joined Aurum Research Limited (“ARL”) in 2001 as an analyst in the Investment Research team, with a focus on global equity funds as well as global macro.
When Jason became a director his responsibilities broadened substantially to include business development. Jason has worked in the investment industry since 1998, and at ARL since 2001. His investment experience started in New York when he began his career working for VZB Partners, an emerging market hedge fund where, in 1999 he was part of the team that managed the top performing emerging market mutual fund in the US. Jason graduated Cum Laude from Brandeis University, Boston, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History.

Michelle Bennett
Chief Operating Officer/Head of Fund Administration
Michelle joined Aurum Research Limited in 2001 to strengthen the Fund Administration team. In 2006, she became Head of Fund Administration.
In April 2022 Michelle was appointed as a Director of AFL and in January 2024, she was appointed Chief Operating Officer. Michelle has been working in the finance industry for over twenty-five years. Prior to Aurum Research Limited, Michelle worked at First Quadrant, a boutique asset manager focussing on currency and liquid alternatives. Michelle also held roles at Deutsche Bank and Kleinwort Benson as a Client Fund Administrator. She is a member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment since 2014.
In April 2022 Michelle was appointed as a Director of AFL and in January 2024, she was appointed Chief Operating Officer. Michelle has been working in the finance industry for over twenty-five years. Barrie Edwards
Chief Financial Officer
Barrie graduated from Solent University with a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree in Business Studies in 2002 before being accepted as a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants in 2008.
Barrie was appointed as a Director of Aurum Funds Limited in June 2016, prior to which he held financial control and financial management roles within Aurum Research Limited in the UK and with other financial services firms in the fields of asset management, structured products and investment banking.

Damien Hill
Chief Legal and Compliance Officer
Damien graduated from the Flinders University of South Australia with a Bachelor of Law (Hons) and a Bachelor of Commerce before commencing his career in 1999 with Allens Arthur Robinson in Sydney, Australia.
Damien subsequently spent 5 years with Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in London and 3 years with Arrowgrass Capital Partners, a single manager multi-strategy hedge fund based in London, prior to joining Aurum Research Limited. Damien was appointed as a Director of Aurum Funds Limited in June 2016. Damien is admitted to the Law Society of New South Wales, Australia and the Law Society of England and Wales.
